Building Warmth, Opportunity, and Joy: Highlights from MFT’s November 2025 Impact

November was a month of learning, celebration, and compassionate support at Mahavir Foundation Trust (MFT). Through education initiatives, community care, and meaningful experiences for children and families, your generosity continued to create lasting impact across Vadodara.

Empowering Education Through Scholarships

Education remained at the heart of MFT’s work this month with an impactful online scholarship distribution designed to support bright, deserving students on their academic journeys.

On November 22, 2025, the webinar was graciously led by Shri Rajesh Vaidhya, whose words inspired students to pursue higher education with confidence and determination.

  • 450 students participated

  • ₹32 lakhs in scholarships were awarded

These scholarships play a critical role in reducing financial barriers and helping students stay focused on their studies and future goals.

Learning Beyond the Classroom: Upvan Site Visit

MFT members and Asha Deep students enjoyed an engaging visit to an Upvan site, where learning met exploration. Children participated in outdoor activities, photography, and hands-on discovery while spending quality time immersed in nature.

The visit was both educational and joyful, offering students a refreshing experience that connected environmental awareness with fun and curiosity.

Celebrating Childhood: Children’s Day

Children’s Day was celebrated with warmth and excitement at Asha Deep centers through a special movie screening of Rama Yodha. Laughter, shared moments, and simple joys made the day truly memorable for students and staff alike.

Supporting Families with Care and Dignity

Through the Samvedana initiative, MFT extended vital support to vulnerable members of the community:

  • Ration kits distributed to needy families, widows, and elderly individuals

  • Sanitary pads provided to women, promoting health, hygiene, and dignity

These efforts ensure that essential needs are met while reinforcing compassion and respect within the community.

Keeping Children Warm This Winter

As temperatures dropped, MFT distributed uniforms, shoes, and winter jackets to students enrolled in both Asha Deep and ADMS programs. These warm jackets help protect children during the winter season, ensuring comfort, health, and uninterrupted learning.

Looking Ahead

As the year comes to a close, excitement is building for upcoming events, including Annual Sports Day and the Annual Cultural Evening, where students will once again shine through talent, teamwork, and celebration.

Thank you for making this possible! From scholarships and school essentials to joyful celebrations and winter warmth, November’s impact was powered by your continued support. Together, CGOU and MFT are creating opportunities, nurturing confidence, and strengthening communities—one student and one family at a time.
